Q: Do we service the Orange County & Riverside Areas?

A: We do not typically service areas outside of LA or the San Fernando Valley, however we do have contacts with great references for service companies in many areas.

Q: Do we charge for travel time or mileage?

A: Traditionally we do not charge for travel or mileage unless we are traveling outside our coverage area.

Q: Do we accept credit card payment and what are our billing terms?

A: We do accept credit card payments for hardware and labor. Our billing terms are net 10 for labor and COD for hardware.
